By printing integrated seals and overmold-like features, the Inkbit platform enabled Kyle to test functional assemblies more efficiently. Although same-day turnaround is not part of Inkbit’s standard process, the team fulfilled this request by delivering the parts in their uncured or “green” state. This allowed Kyle to begin fit assessments and downstream testing without delay, accepting reduced mechanical strength in favor of shorter cycle time. For expedited projects, this option can offer meaningful value without compromising functional insights.
