Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our sales team. As a Business Development Associate, you will play a key role in driving the growth and success of our company by generating new business opportunities and qualifying leads. Your primary responsibility will be to prospect, engage, and qualify potential customers, laying the foundation for our sales team to close deals and achieve revenue targets. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Prospect and Generate Leads:
  • Identify and research potential customers within target markets to create a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Utilize various channels such as cold calling, email outreach, social media, and networking to initiate contact and generate interest.
Qualify and Nurture Leads:
  • Engage with leads to understand their business needs, challenges, and objectives.
  • Conduct effective discovery calls and product demonstrations to assess their fit for our solutions.
  • Qualify leads based on established criteria and hand them off to the sales team for further engagement.
Conduct Outreach Campaigns:
  • Develop and execute outbound prospecting campaigns to create awareness and generate interest in our products and services.
  • Craft compelling email messages, scripts, and value propositions tailored to specific target segments to drive engagement and response rates.
Build Relationships:
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with potential customers.
  • Understand their pain points and educate them on the benefits of our offerings.
  • Engage in consultative discussions to provide insights and solutions that address their specific needs.
Collaborate with Sales Team:
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads.
  • Provide comprehensive lead handoff documentation and relevant insights to facilitate effective follow-up and close deals.
Maintain CRM Database:
  • Accurately document and track all prospecting activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Continuously update and maintain customer information to enable effective communication and future sales efforts.
Stay Informed:
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitors' activities.
  • Continuously expand knowledge of our products and services to effectively articulate value propositions and competitive advantages.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles (entry-level candidates with strong motivation are also encouraged to apply).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage effectively with diverse audiences.
  • Strong prospecting and lead generation skills, with the ability to identify and qualify potential customers.
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset, with a drive to exceed goals and deliver results.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Bonus Skills

  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach) is a plus.

Materials R&D Technician

Job Summary

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Perform routine polymer, resin, and materials characterization (Tensile testing, DSC, DMA etc).
  • Perform short and long-term stability testing of resins and materials.
  • Produce resin batches for printing evaluation.
  • Keep thorough characterization records.
  • Assist with development of new characterization processes and SOP’s.
  • Assist with root cause investigations and corrective and preventive action implementations.
  • Document activities performed in the lab thoroughly.
  • Assist in instrument calibration and troubleshooting.

 

Qualifications

  • An Associate Degree in Chemistry, Materials Science, Polymer Technology or highly experienced candidate with a high school degree/GED within the relevant chemical industries.
  • Wet lab and/or characterization experience and experience handling chemicals.
  • Safety-conscious and ready to actively promote safe behavior & lab operations.
  • Efficiently collect, document, analyze, and share data.
  • Critical thinker that challenges the status quo.
  • Work with a high-level of autonomy

 

Bonus Skills

  • Experience with inkjet printing systems
  • Experience with additive manufacturing
